1. Program Overview

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to register or receive communications. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to update it when it changes.

3. Messaging Terms (SMS/Text)

By providing your phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive automated text messages regarding your participation (e.g., appointment confirmations and reminders, important updates). Consent is not a condition of receiving services or volunteering.

• Purpose: Registration confirmations, pickup reminders, and time-sensitive updates related to Boxes of Love; volunteer shift reminders and updates for volunteers.
• Message Frequency: Applicants typically receive approximately 1–4 messages per season; volunteer frequency varies by schedule.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation message.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Appropriate Use
